Leopard Changing Spots is an independent software venture founded in South Africa, focused on exploring ideas and building innovative digital products.
OUR STORY
Built through experimentation.
Leopard Changing Spots was founded in 2023 by Craig Durrheim, a self-taught programmer from South Africa. After graduating from Rhodes University, Craig continued developing his programming skills and exploring the possibilities of software development.
The business initially focused on building websites for individuals and small businesses. Over time, its focus shifted towards software engineering, mobile applications, video games and digital products. Projects included mobile games, applications for the Google Play Store and game assets created for the Unity Asset Store.
Experimentation has remained central to the company's development. Previous projects explored video enhancement, display technology, automated trading concepts and mobile game development. Not every experiment became a public product, but each offered an opportunity to learn, test ideas and develop new capabilities.
